Cross-Region Play and Summon Sign should be as below.

How to change the password in multiplayer Elden Ring?
By default, there is no password and anyone can join your game.
You can stop players from joining your game by changing your password and only telling your friend the password to join the game.
if you want to change the password in Elden Ring, You need to go to the menu by pressing the escape button.
Then you need to click on Multiplayer in the menu which will open up the multiplayer screen.
You can see a box on the right side of the screen in multiplayer named “password”.
Click on that box to change the password of multiplayer.
There are two types of passwords, one is called “multiplayer password” which allows you to match-making only with friends whose password matches with you.
No other player can join if the password doesn’t match your multiplayer password.
Another password is called “group password” which will allow you to see friends’ blood stains, messages, summon signs, and phantoms if the password matches.
This allows you to summon any friend in the group and you can have 5 different friend groups at once.
